Happy (almost) New Year!
I am not a huge fan of making New Year’s Resolutions. Most are short-lived goals that fade away as quickly as the New Year began. If you want to see real long-term results, make a behavior change instead! Making a healthy behavior a daily habit can take up to six months and requires a lot of motivation.

My gym just recently got new workout equipment that allows you to watch TV, check email, and surf the web. While I was on a new treadmill, I discovered these sport motivational videos on Youube. I was so motivated, while watching these videos that I ended up pushing myself harder than usual.

The man who never gave up: Here is a video for those individuals that have tried to lose weight before and have not yet been successful.
Why Do We Fall: There are so many great lines in this video including, “Pain is temporary. It may last for a minute, an hour, a day, or even a year. But eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit however it will last forever.”
How Bad Do You Want It? (Success): Great short story for entrepreneurs and those that just want to be successful.
