Fresh Fruits and Vegetables Don’t Have Labels

I am not a fan of the word “chemicals” in this image and wished it would have said ingredients.  However, I still support the message.  The focus should be on consuming healthy food choices instead of a caloric number.  Fresh fruits and vegetables don’t have labels!  Eat more of them (mostly vegetables)!!!
